Vivid Sydney

We headed to Vivid Sydney over the weekend. The weather was cold, but the lights, company and food were amazing! This is our second year heading into the City for this (you can see last year’s pics here), and one of the awesome features this year was the free ferry around the harbour. What better way to see the lights than on the harbour?!?

Some of our favourites from the night were the lights on the Opera House (there was a clear view this year, without all of the mist!), Luna Park being lit up, the ferry ride, the Museum of Contempory Art (this was my favourite last year!) and having fish and chips for dinner. Personally, I thought the Harbour Bridge was a bit of a let down again, too… I think for one of our National icons, it could be done up a bit better!Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess

I highly recommend attending Vivid Sydney one year if you get a chance. It is a great night out, and there is so much to see and do! While we don’t really go to any of the classes and the music and things like that, we thoroughly enjoy the lights around here, and take plenty of photos. For the photographers out there, there is lots of fun photos available if you have your tripod and a bit of spare time, too!Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess Vivid Sydney || Inspired Life with Jess
