27 Recipes - Southern Style Slow Cooker Pork RibsI’ve wanted to try making ribs for awhile now, but never really came across a recipe that sounded interesting until now. I’ve decided since ti coming into winter, using a slow cooker to make some good meals seemed like a good idea, so I thought this one was perfect! 27 Recipes - Southern Style Slow Cooker Pork Ribs IngredientsIngredients

  4. Cook for 6 hours on low until the ribs are tender and falling from the bones
  5. Serve with mash potato, a side salad and corn on the cob

My Thoughts

I was amazed at how tender the pork was and how good it tasted! I didn’t think the sauce thickened enough though, so next time I would put it on high for half an hour without the lid to simmer it down a little, and would add a little corn flour to thicken it up a bit

Michael’s Thoughts

Michael said this was amazing, but the ribs I chose seem to have a bit of gristle, so thinks I should try some different types of ribs as well ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
