27 Recipes – Fried Beef in Sweet Chilli Sauce

27-Recipes-Sweet-Chilli-BeefA couple of weeks ago we had a Thai food night at Mum’s. We made satay chicken and fried rice again, and decided to add a couple of new recipes to the mix (green curry, noodles in sweet soy sauce with beef, and this one).

My Thoughts

I quite liked this recipe and will definitely be making it again. I was impressed that it didn’t actually use sweet chilli sauce from the bottle. This works well with fried rice, plain rice or by itself.

The Family’s Thoughts

Everyone seemed to like this… It was a favourite along with the satay chicken. Bec has even asked for a copy of the recipe, which is unusual since she likes making up her own healthy recipes.
