Project Life 2013: Week 24

I now have my week 24 layout done, and I have to say, I love how colourful it is!

Week-24

This week was all about visiting Vivid Sydney, the Sydney arts and craft expo, where I ran into a couple of familiar faces and met Pink Ronnie for the first time (and I have to say, she is so lovely!), knitting, making lasagna, watching the first Star Trek (I’ve never seen any of the Star Trek’s before, and they’re better than I expected!) and working on some HTML and CSS class lessons. This was also the week that Samantha left for the US for her 3 month trip. We printed her a heap of Olive Project Life journalling cards for her to document the trip, and had a farewell dinner on Friday, then dropped her at the airport on Saturday morning.

Week-24-LeftI love having so many photos this week! It took me awhile to get together the photo collages and photo editing done, but the extra photos are so worth it! And it was fun to put this layout together, since it was such a fun week to relive!

Week-24-RightI have to say, I still love this project, and my interest in it as a form of memory keeping increases as each new layout is completed! So many fun memories are recorded in these pages, and I can’t wait to either print it and get it all in an album, or to have a photobook printed at the end, so I can go through and reminisce about the awesome year that’s passed! I still have 3 months worth of layouts to catch up, but plan on putting in some good time towards it this coming week, since it’s a quiet one with nothing planned so far.
