Project Life 2013: Week 20

It’s been a Project Life kinda day around here today… I planned 8 weeks of layouts, sorted just as many week of photos into folders, and finished 2 layouts all in one evening! And I have to say, I’m well addicted to Project Life again!

Week-20Week 20 was the week we started finalising a lot of our new house decisions, my sister started a blog, I spent time spray painting coasters, knitting and doodling, I got more roses and was surprised that work gave all staff members a $250 gift card. We also went to dinner with a couple of friends, I brought the new Dan Brown book, I shopped at Spotlight, went to a 21st for a family friend, and started playing the game Spore.

Week-20-LeftIt would seem that now that I’m using more photos and fussing less over the pages that they’re coming together much more quickly… This was another page that took me around an hour as well. I haven’t even been recolouring elements as much lately.

Week-20-RightThere was very little extra journalling this week… I decided to leave the photos to speak for themselves. I am noticing that I’m using more iPhone photos as well, since I seem to be taking a lot more iPhone photos. I’m not sure how I feel about this shift though… I find the quality just isn’t there compared to my point-and-shoot or DSLR. Good thing I will be upgrading my phone soon enough.
