My Top 5

I’m joining Leigh over at sixbythebay in My Top 5 this week and sharing 5 things I’m going to do this week to pamper myself. I don’t always do things to pamper myself, so I’ve decided that I’m going to make it a priority to do at least 5 things each month just for me.

  1. Pamper myself with a face mask and hair treatment
  2. Sleep more. This may mean going to bed early some night, or having naps other days
  3. Spend some time sewing my next cushion
  4. Enjoy some good meals. Especially pea and ham soup, baked veggies, and stuffed capsicums
  5. Go on some photo walks, not just in the immediate streets surrounding our apartment

These are all just for relaxation, and I will share around the middle of the month each month. I figure everyone needs some downtime, and this way, I’m at least being more aware of it!

    • Yeah, sleep doesn’t seem to happen too well for me, lately. Some nights it’s self inflicted, because I stay up too late… When this happens, I tend to end up with only 5-6 hours sleep a night. Other nights, I just end up tossing and turning.
